| Principle | A3F is a highly sensitive analytical technique that can detect trace amounts of elements in a sample. The elements are heated and atomized in the pyrolytic graphite furnace, and become atomic vapor in the ground state, which selectively absorbs the characteristic radiation emitted by the hollow cathode lamp. Within a certain concentration range, its absorption intensity is proportional to the content of the element to be tested in the test solution.
